It also manages the service, the biomedical and equipment service, as well as Cressy-Santé.More than professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, a sense of service, and responsibility.The Cressy Santé center, the only balneotherapy center in Geneva that receives people with reduced mobility for rehabilitation and care, welcomes people wishing to heal and relax in a vast wellness space. With an area of m2, it includes, among other things, a 300 m2 pool, a large jacuzzi, a relaxation room, a sauna, a hammam, a fitness area, and a physiotherapy pool of 27 m2. All facilities at Cressy Santé are designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility.Receptionist at the Bains de Cressy – 75%As part of your mission, you welcome and inform all people arriving at the reception of the Bains de Cressy (heterogeneous clientele).You are responsible for processing payments for entries, subscriptions, and all other services (cash, credit cards, gift vouchers).You ensure telephone coverage as well as appointment scheduling for external service providers such as beauticians, massage therapists, etc., and you prepare the wellness treatment cabins.You advise, promote, and sell the various services of the Bains de Cressy and perform various administrative tasks (accounting and production of management reports, stock management, and e-shop management).You have high stress resistance, excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with unforeseen events, and proven versatility for a multi-tasking position.You are capable of de-escalating complex and/or conflictual situations with a demanding clientele.You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee, or a diploma from a hotel or tourism school.You are comfortable with IT tools, particularly with the management system for the Baths (sales, collection, flow management, cash register management, external agenda management) and office management software.You have in-depth knowledge of the services of a care center (physiotherapy) and wellness center (balneotherapy, massages, and aesthetics).You have perfect command of the French language, both orally and in writing.
