Your tasks: - Ensure the quality of hospitality services for our client - Rigorously apply internal procedures (SOP) and hygiene standards - Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to the teams and coordinate projects related to hospitality - Update procedure guides and documents - Analyze data, prepare reports, and follow up on various internal requests - Support internal stakeholders in their daily needs Your profile: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in F&B in excellence environments - Graduate of a hospitality school is a plus - Advanced French (level C2) - Advanced English (level C1) - Mastery of food hygiene standards (HACCP) - Proven experience in a similar role (hospitality, collective or hospitality) - Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus - Excellent knowledge of service standards - Experience in administration is a plus - Excellent team spirit and service mindset - Flexibility, sense of priorities, and ability to manage varied responsibilities - Sense of autonomy and great rigor - Comfort in multicultural environments and dealing with clients Ready to join us?
