First-rate medical quality and the well-being of the individual are at the heart of our MAIN DUTIES Ensure a secure, effective, and economical supply of medications for all clinical services Participate in developing the medication circuit, ensuring the safety and continuity of treatments Manage supply shortages Develop the pharmacy service X system, by establishing procedures, handling incidents related to medications, and participating in audits Develop clinical pharmacy activity and medication processes, regarding prescriptions and medication risk management Participate in updating the medication list and protocols and in controlling the proper prescription and dispensing of medications Ensure compliance with health law and the requirements of the General Health Directorate of the Canton of Geneva for pharmacy assistance REQUIRED Pharmacy diploma or recognized equivalent in Switzerland (MEBECKO recognition of specialist pharmacist in hospital pharmacy (FPH) and own responsibility in the canton of complementary clinical pharmacy (pharmaceutical assistance, drug interactions, etc.).
