The Green Spaces Service (SEVE) manages and develops the green areas of the City of Geneva sustainably and in the public interest. To complete its teams, SEVE is looking for two Landscape Horticulturists at 80%.Your mission and responsibilities:- Carry out landscaping and maintenance work for green spaces in the neighborhood: planting of annual or perennial flowerbeds, shrubs, etc.; maintenance (weeding, watering, mowing, ruderal areas, rock gardens, etc.); pruning (seasonal pruning, etc.) while ensuring environmentally friendly management.- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, machines, premises, and vehicles.- Apply current regulations, particularly regarding health and safety.- Hold a federal certificate of capacity (CFC) as a horticulturist or landscape horticulturist.- Have a category B driver's license.- Demonstrate autonomy and a good sense of responsibility, being able to work independently or as part of a team outdoors.As part of its gender equality policy, the City of Geneva aims to promote diversity in all its services.
