Home Therapy Specialist (80-100%) Lungenliga Schweiz The Lung League is a non-profit organization active in the health sector. In Switzerland, there are 15 regional lung leagues that advise individuals with lung disease or related conditions to enable them to live as autonomously as possible and symptom-free. The Swiss Lung League, the umbrella organization, employs 30 people in Köniz, coordinates the activities of the leagues, and engages in health promotion and prevention. It represents its members, particularly to specialists, health insurance companies, and authorities. Do you want to give meaning to your work and make a real difference? We are looking for a motivated person to fill the position of Home Therapy Specialist (80-100%) starting in August or by agreement. Your missions: - Address health economics or business management issues related to the distribution of medical devices and basic care concepts, economic and/or contractual - Work with specialists and data - Monitor legal frameworks and innovative concepts in care and therapies - Responsibility for the field of sleep apnea and home care, in close collaboration with specialists from the cantonal leagues - Advise and support cantonal lung leagues on economic or technical issues - Lead and participate in projects and working groups - Process and respond to internal/external (specialized) requests Your profile: - Background in the health field (nursing, physiotherapy, medical assistant, etc.) completed with further training in business management (FH/CAS) - Several years of professional experience with health professionals (doctors and nurses), for example, in a hospital/nursing home, within a home care service, etc. - Knowledge in the field of lung diseases: proficiency in German or French with very good oral knowledge of the other language; Italian is an advantage - A clear communication style and a strong sense of responsibility with a solution-oriented approach in handling large-scale tasks - Mastery of Office 365 Your prospects: You have the opportunity to engage in an exciting activity within a non-profit organization with very diverse activities.
