On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for nurses to work in home care.The missions and responsibilities are as follows:- Evaluate the nature of the request emanating from a professional in the Geneva socio-sanitary network and respond to it as quickly as possible or direct the request to a more adapted service;- Intervene and lead jointly with the nurse, a socio-sanitary assessment by providing social expertise and developing short-term intervention projects, while ensuring compliance with legal limits in interventions;- Propose to the beneficiary and their entourage means aimed at reducing the intensity of the crisis or the urgency felt; offer them listening and support, aimed at restoring their balance and that of their entourage;- Proceed with the written assessment of each intervention by documenting with precision the services offered as well as the orientation chosen;- Evaluate the path and the relevance of the care for each intervention;- Participate in colloquiums and team supervisions, outside of intervention hours;- Intervene actively in meetings with partners.Profile sought:The ideal profile for this position is a nurse with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in nursing or a recognized foreign diploma valid in the canton of Geneva. You must also have excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field. An exceptional team spirit, combined with an ability to adapt to various clinical situations, is sought. Compassion and empathy are essential to create relationships of trust with patients.
