IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution for home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to people of all ages, 25% of whom are under 65. It offers a flexible work environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life and conditions that encourage the development of skills as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience.Multidisciplinary Home Care Team Leader / 100% / Permanent ContractThe Operations Directorate (DOP) includes, in particular, home care centers (CMD), the Interprofessional Practice Center (CPIPC), the Home Hospitalization Center (CHAD), as well as the Research and Development Unit and the Digital Health Directorate. Reporting hierarchically to its various directorates, multidisciplinary team leaders have under their direct responsibility thirty to fifty staff members and IMAD clients distributed according to their places of residence and/or the specificity of the care.Missions and responsibilities- Promote a client-centered approach in all actions undertaken, thanks to a multidisciplinary care approach.- Under the authority of the director of the home care center (CMD) and within the framework of the policies defined by the institution, direct and coordinate the activities of a team within a branch.- Guarantee the quality of care provided to IMAD clients.- Ensure the application of the team's operating procedures for the branch, as defined by the institution.- Manage personnel in compliance with the principles and rules of the human resources policy defined by the institution, in accordance with the law and its regulations.- Ensure the proper functioning of the home care branch in daily management, in collaboration with the members of the CMD management.- Maintain interaction with teams in charge of centralized services.- Participate in institutional projects and their implementation.Profile- HES-SO degree in nursing or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.- Post-graduate degree in management is an asset.- Successful managerial experience and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of 30 to 50 people.- Ease with digital tools and the analysis of management dashboards.- Excellent sense of organization and good interpersonal skills.- Ability to synthesize and analytical skills.- Good knowledge of the functioning of IMAD is an asset.- Knowledge of the Geneva health and social network.- Ability and interest in managing additional projects.Start date: to be agreedApplication deadline:Please attach to your file:- an up-to-date curriculum vitae- a cover letter- copy of your diplomas and your work certificatesWe only consider complete applications.
