You are a jeweler-goldsmith with experience as a High Jewelry Manager. You have confirmed experience in jewelry and have management or supervisory experience. For one of our clients, we are looking for a permanent position (CDI) located in Geneva: High Jewelry Manager.Mission:Ensure the smooth running and supervision of a jewelry and high jewelry production team (jewelers, setters, polishers).High Jewelry ManagerMISSION DESCRIPTIONEnsure the supervision of a team (approximately 25), develop your team, encourage engagement, inspire trust, adopt a positive attitude, and demonstrate exemplary behavior. Validate the assembly principles and layout of work according to the skills and availability of the team and ensure the delivery of unique pieces.
