To complete our team, we are looking for: Your mission: As a social worker, you assist elderly individuals in a group home with all daily living activities, with kindness and respect for their individual pace, taking into account the process of ensuring, through personalized support, a quality of life that contributes to the social development and maintenance of these individuals. Profile: You hold a degree in social work and ideally have several years of experience in the field of disability and/or aging. You place great importance on the well-being of persons with disabilities, on social roles, and you respond with a positive and constructive mindset. You enjoy working in a team while demonstrating autonomy. You hold a valid driver's license. Employment conditions: to be agreed upon. One-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Work location: Les Hauts-Geneveys.
