The Haute École Arc Ingénierie group of competencies Production Means Design is announcing the position of Assistant HES (3-year fixed-term contract). Your main missions As a member of the Production Means Design group of competencies, you will be involved in a range of X projects, often upstream of design phases. Your role will consist of working on mechanical design projects and contributing to the development of our center of excellence specialized in micro-machining machines, as well as skills development. You will be part of our research team dedicated to the interconnected production tools of the future. Additionally, you will provide support for academic projects and courses in our HES curriculum. You will be part of a dynamic team made up of experienced professionals, providing an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable and recognized experience. This position requires autonomy, excellent scientific skills, and above all, a strong desire to learn and develop. Profile You hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical systems or product design or an equivalent qualification, as well as initial experience in the mechanical professions. You show an interest in developing art in the design of future autonomous production means, their efficiency, and their ergonomics. You have good understanding skills of production means as well as 3D digital tools. You are curious, enterprising, and passionate. You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German.
