Our client is an organization based in Geneva. Helpdesk Technician - (H/F) Within the IT team, you will provide technical support and ensure the proper functioning of tools on a daily basis. Helpdesk Technician - (H/F) Responsibilities Level 1 and 2 support (workstation, software, basic network) Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and maintenance of IT equipment Management of accounts (AD, internal tools, tickets, and continuous support) Desired profile 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support / CFC type or equivalent Fluent French and good level of English (written and oral) Good mastery of Windows / Microsoft 365 environments Real soft skills: ability to progress without constantly depending on others Resourceful, solution-oriented Service mindset and good sense of priorities Why this position?
