Helpdesk Services and SecurityGBO SA is a service provider based in Geneva, which proposes, implements, and operates infrastructures for SMEs, in SaaS service or on-premise. To support its development in the field of SaaS services related to infrastructure and Microsoft software, GBO is recruiting a Helpdesk Services and Security Specialist.Responsibilities- Handle IT support requests (phone, emails, ticketing)- Provide first-level assistance for Microsoft SaaS or on-premise office environments- Manage access rights and licenses in connection with SaaS services- Identify and qualify opportunities for additional services- Develop and strengthen the relationship with clientsSkills- Perfect command of French, technical English- Bachelor's degree in IT and/or management (HES type)- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services, SaaS, and Copilot is an asset- Recent Microsoft certification is a plus- Good communication skills and aptitude for continuous learning- Analytical mind, easy oral expression, by phone or audio mediaRate: 60% - 100%Available immediately or by agreement jid798f92faen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
