To strengthen our Marketing and Customer Experience entity, we are looking for a collaborator, at 60%, from 1 September 2026 for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an in-service HEG training programme.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Participate in conducting studies to deepen knowledge of our customers and the insurance market
• Participate in conducting surveys to measure the Vaudoise customer experience (defining questions, programming, sending, analysing results, preparing reports and presentations)
• Analyse customer feedback and identify improvement actions
• Support the team in competitive intelligence activities (conduct comparisons, analyse market shares of Vaudoise and competitors, etc.)
• Support the entity's administrative activities (invoicing, budget, etc.)

Your profile:

• You are currently undertaking or about to start a higher education programme such as HEG in business administration
• You are customer-oriented and open-minded
• As a native French speaker, you have excellent written and oral communication skills

You are also naturally curious, conscientious and have an excellent sense of organisation.
