For our client based in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for: Health Care Assistant. Your main tasks consist of: Providing basic care to residents, Assisting residents in their daily activities, Implementing necessary elements for the comfort, well-being, and safety of residents, Cleaning the care area, Documenting in the resident's file (DIR), Ensuring smooth communication and guaranteeing a quality welcome for residents and their families. Requirements: Health Care Assistant training from Croix-Rouge (120 hours) or an equivalent title, Professional experience in care and/or knowledge of the Montessori method is a plus, Ability to collaborate within a network and interdisciplinary teams, Proficiency in spoken and written French, Comfortable with common tools.
