The CRTO is strengthening its team and is looking for:Specialist in OHS, IT & Data ProtectionYour mission:In this cross-functional role, you are responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to occupational health and safety, data protection, and level 1 support. You guarantee the continuous improvement of the institution's OHS concept, ensure compliance with regulations in force, and contribute to the prevention of occupational risks. You also act as the point of contact for data protection by applying the institutional concept in place. In parallel, you provide level 1 support to employees and participate in the management of the IT infrastructure. Generally, you contribute to continuously improving processes, supporting teams, and guaranteeing a safe, compliant work environment.Your profile:We are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and rigorous person with solid expertise in occupational health and safety (OHS), which is the core of the position. Training and/or experience in this field is essential, as well as a strong sensitivity to risk prevention. You will also be required to intervene on issues related to IT and data protection (GDPR). Basic knowledge is an asset, but we are primarily looking for a real willingness to develop your skills and to train in these areas. Endowed with an excellent sense of organization and good analytical skills, you know how to manage varied situations in a proactive and preventive manner. You demonstrate an assertive professional positioning, allowing you to enforce rules and procedures with credibility. Comfortable in communication, you distinguish yourself by your interpersonal skills: you know how to raise awareness, simplify technical subjects, and collaborate effectively with teams.
