Joining us means practicing a profession that has meaning, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to strengthening our Safety, Health and Environment-Sustainability team in Villars-sur-Glâne, and taking over from the current Manager who will retire at the end of May, we are looking for a Safety, Health and Environment-Sustainability Manager.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Ensure the management and safety at work, health protection and environment - sustainability at all company sites including fire protection and security- Manage a team of specialists directly and/or functionally- Improve the company's safety and health at work, environment and sustainability policy and ensure its implementation and monitoring at all sites- Improve concepts and management systems with current standards (MSST guidelines, ISO, fire protection, security in connection with quality)- Advise, train and support management, managers and employees in the implementation of objectives in the field- Manage projects directly related to the field- Organize and supervise emergency management: fire, environment, personal accident and securityWHAT YOU BRING:- Engineering degree or equivalent title in a technical field, ideally supplemented by training as a safety officer - OSH specialist or CFST safety engineer/OSH expert or willing to train later if necessary- Confirmed experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a similar function in an industrial company (in the agri-food industry, a plus) with management and/or advanced knowledge in security and fire protection. Knowledge of chemical products, experience in crisis and emergency management and in leading groups and projects- Excellent command of written and spoken French (C1) with ideally knowledge of German.
