As part of its development in French-speaking Switzerland, it wishes to strengthen its presence in construction projects and is looking for a committed professional to actively contribute to this ambition, as aSanitary Project AdvisorPropose innovative technical solutions from the initial project phasesReporting to the Object Management Department, you identify and develop project opportunities in your region by intervening from the initial construction phases (SIA 1 to 4), in order to position global solutions with high added value. You build and maintain a solid network with key market players (architects, project owners, general and total contractors), while analyzing project potential to guide your commercial priorities. In close collaboration with internal teams, you support your contacts in the design of adapted technical solutions, by ensuring personalized advice and supporting the pre-study, design, and tender phases. You thus position yourself as a technical partner. You ensure structured monitoring of your activity via a CRM, monitor market trends, and report them internally. Finally, you represent the company at professional events, actively participate in the continuous training of teams, and contribute to sustainably strengthening its presence in Switzerland.ProfileBenefiting from training in building technology, ideally supplemented by higher education in the sanitary or heating fields (federal certificate, master's degree, ES or equivalent), you have confirmed experience in project management and technical sales, acquired within a design office or a company. You master construction processes as well as SIA phases and understand the challenges of the various market players. Endowed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a real interest in business development, you combine ease of communication and technical credibility to develop your network and convince your contacts. You appreciate dynamic environments in which you can have a concrete impact on business development. Autonomous, you know how to effectively manage your priorities, propose relevant solutions, and evolve with ease in a digital environment.
