Within our personal insurance department (UVG, UVG-A, accident, daily sickness allowance), you are the first point of contact for our customers and you manage health claims from start to finish. Become a member too and apply as a claims manager.What you do- You manage claims files independently and in a customer-oriented manner- You apply claims settlement regulations according to legal and contractual provisions- You collaborate closely with our various partners and draft decisions- You correspond and conduct interviews with the various parties involved in the settlement of a claim (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, etc.)- You detect recourse against liable third parties and other insurersWhat you bring- Completed commercial training, Federal Diploma in Social Insurance is an asset- Professional experience in managing claims files- Excellent knowledge of Swiss social security and private insurance- Reliable personality, excellent communication skills, and professional attitude towards customers- French native speaker and very good knowledge of German (B2)Additional information- This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%- Location: Lausanne, Crissier- Hybrid work: 40%- We look forward to receiving your online application - even without a cover letter.
