Located near the lake and public transport, La Maison des Bosquets is a living space offering a complete long-stay service for 129 residents. The mission is to enhance the potential and abilities of residents through the Strengths-Based Care Approach (SBCA) and Montessori, while encouraging their autonomy. In a friendly environment that feels like home, they are active participants in their lives and the decisions that affect them. La Maison des Bosquets is also a venue open to the outside, inclusive and dynamic for both residents and staff. In pursuit of our development, we are looking for a: Health Care Assistant CRS (percentage to be agreed between 60% and 100%). Acting together, an individual and collective responsibility: La Maison des Bosquets is a place open to the outside and inclusive for both residents and staff, aiming to promote the development of human skills and professional competencies, with key responsibilities: - Participate in activities that ensure physical, mental, and social well-being; - Guarantee hygiene and comfort care, help residents get up or go to bed, assist with personal hygiene and dressing, hygiene care for incontinence; - Participate in the distribution and consumption of meals; - Participate in and maintain the living environment of residents; - Cooperate in the residents' life project and in interdisciplinary support; - Communicate information both in writing and orally to ensure continuity of care.
