At the Office of Human Resources, you are a Delegate Chargé of health and safety, fire protection 80 - At the Office of Human Resources, you support the Municipality and managers in managing occupational risks. As a specialist in MSST and fire protection, you advise our teams daily and ensure a safe, healthy, and legally compliant working environment for all personnel. YOUR MISSIONS• Analysis and Prevention (Field): Identify hazards in workplaces, deploy safety concepts (MSST) and propose concrete measures for accident prevention.• Advice and Support: Assist the Municipality and managers in their safety decisions and ensure active monitoring of legal bases and good practices.• Supervision of Construction Sites & Environment: Lead and control the activities of external experts responsible for safety on municipal construction sites and managing environmental risks.• Training and Communication: Organize and deliver training sessions (first aid, occupational risk awareness) for all municipal staff.• Fire Safety and Emergencies: Coordinate fire prevention, drills, and ensure the maintenance of protective infrastructure (e.g., PRU).• Management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Supervise PPE, work clothing, and ensure the maintenance of the public safety network.• Incident Analysis and Reporting: Investigate the causes of accidents or near accidents, prepare periodic reports, and consolidate safety data.• Administrative and Budgetary Management: Ensure the follow-up of data protection files. Establish the legal framework for safety and manage the MSST budget under the supervision of the Head of the Office.PROFILE• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Occupational Safety (STPS), ideally you have a Certificate of Fire Protection Safety Officer (AEAI) or are willing to acquire it quickly.• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (internal and external) by demonstrating interpersonal skills to adhere to safety rules while being attentive.• Commitment to the community, able to assert oneself tactfully during criticism and to defend MSST standards with conviction and pedagogy.• Minimum 8 years of experience in the field.START DATE• From May 1st or as agreed upon.Are you interested in this offer and ready to take on these challenges?
