We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head Waiter to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality service in the dining room, respecting the establishment's standards.
• Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take orders and advise guests on dishes and drinks.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and train junior waitstaff if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Good command of French; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Passion for gastronomy.
