Within a high-end hotel establishment, the Chef de Rang Room is responsible for the complete handling of in-room dining service, from order reception to customer finalization. They ensure the quality of the customer experience, adhering to service standards and those particular to the hospitality industry. As a true ambassador of the establishment, they maintain a discreet, elegant, and professional demeanor while being able to create a warm and personalized experience with a discerning clientele. Profile sought: You have confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally acquired within a 5* establishment or in high-end hospitality. You are recognized for your excellent sense of service and your ability to interact with a reactive and demanding clientele. You manage in-room dining service with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion. A good level of English is essential for this position.
