This unique position combines restaurant service, internal service from the Kiosk, and room service order taking, thus providing a varied and stimulating experience with a direct impact on the comfort and satisfaction of our patients. What will you be doing?Head Waiter- Welcome, advise, and ensure the well-being of patients and visitors dining at the Veranda- Serve dishes and drinks to clients at the Veranda, in patients' rooms, and during banquets and receptions- Ensure the opening or closing of the restaurant- Handle and control the cash register- Perform various setups during banquets according to instructions- Order necessary goods from hotel staff and the kitchen for the smooth operation of the service, control arrivals, and set up- Apply food hygiene and quality standards- Ensure sales of flowers and items from the kiosk- Clean the work equipment provided and participate in daily and monthly clean-upsHotel Assistant- Take meal orders from hospitalized patients, trying to best understand their desires and needs based on prescribed diets- Assist in the kitchen by ensuring meal chains for visitor orders and their production sheets to the kitchenWho will you be working with?A dynamic and versatile team of 6 professionals from the high-end hospitality sector.
