Your mission: Ensure the smooth running of the service (welcoming, serving, follow-up). Your skills: Solid knowledge of service rules and techniques. Setting up tables, laying and clearing according to the instructions of the room manager. Placing the customer at the center of your mission. Knowledge and respect of hygiene and safety rules. Your qualities and prerequisites are impeccable. You are a graduate of a hotel school: CFC or BTS in Hospitality - with 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. You understand the challenges of high-end service.
