Head Waiter at Anne-Sophie Pic Restaurant** (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You manage the dining room service according to the hotel standards
- You supervise the smooth running of the service and the organisation of your section
- You ensure the cleanliness and arrangement of the restaurant dining room
- You guarantee an exceptional customer experience in a refined setting
- You supervise the assistant head waiter and commis assigned to your section
- You ensure the quality of service while respecting the establishment's requirements
