Your mission:

Our client, a recognised Swiss banking player, supports a demanding clientele composed of wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs and families in their long-term estate planning.

As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Head of Wealth Planning and Estate Advisory to lead a team of specialists and actively contribute to the development of a high value-added activity.

Your mission:
As a team leader and subject matter expert, you play a key role in supporting clients and developing the skills of your team members.
You work on complex estate planning issues while contributing to the implementation of the institution's strategy.

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage, support and develop a team of specialists
- Translate strategic directions into clear and motivating objectives
- Foster engagement, performance and skills development of employees
- Support a clientele of entrepreneurs, executives and families on complex estate planning issues
- Advise clients in the areas of insurance, retirement, taxation and estate transfer
- Develop and strengthen client relationships through your expertise and network
- Collaborate closely with wealth management, private client and corporate client teams
- Promote a sound risk culture in compliance with current regulatory requirements

Your profile:

- University or higher education in finance, taxation, wealth management or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
- Proven experience in wealth planning, estate planning or complex estate advisory
- Solid experience with entrepreneurs
- Successful experience in managing, supervising or developing teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and unite
- Commercial development sense and networking enthusiasm
- Strategic vision, initiative and results orientation
- Perfect command of French and German
