The following exciting tasks await you:
As Head of the Insurance Training group, you will lead a team of 6 specialists in the German and Western Switzerland regions and make a direct contribution to the development of Vaudoise employees by:
- Leading and developing your team through a collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and empowerment
- Ensuring the smooth execution of the annual training plans in close cooperation with the administrative team, HR Business Partners, and your internal clients
- Managing your activities through regular reporting and continuously seeking efficiency improvements
- Identifying internal needs through regular exchanges with various departments
- Further developing and expanding the professional training offerings by working with L&D experts to create effective, innovative, and needs-based learning concepts (in-person, distance courses, blended learning, mentoring, learning communities, microlearning, conferences, etc.)
- Conducting specialist training yourself, especially in the insurance sector (products, AFA intermediate certification, etc.)
- Enhancing the didactic skills of internal trainers as well as subject matter experts
- Representing the Insurance Training unit within Vaudoise and towards external organisations (ARFOR, ASA, etc.)

Your profile:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in adult education, ideally in the insurance industry
- Mandatory requirement: Excellent knowledge of one of the two languages (FR/DE) and very good knowledge of the other language
- Proven leadership experience of at least 3 years
- Higher-level diploma, preferably tertiary education (business, insurance, or equivalent)
