The EPSM Sans Souci, located in Mont-sur-Rolle, is a medicalised psycho-social establishment that accommodates 35 residents. Our mission is to support people living with mental disorders requiring specialised accommodation, through an approach centred on their resources and potential. We place the concept of recovery at the heart of our action: promoting the maintenance and development of achievements, supporting autonomy, and offering individualised psychoeducational support. The aim is to enable each resident to better manage the manifestations of the illness, strengthen their social participation, and build a life project in line with their aspirations. Working at EPSM Sans Souci means:

  • Developing, implementing and ensuring the coherence of the establishment's socio-educational programme in accordance with the institutional project and the values of recovery in mental health.
  • Supervising and supporting socio-educational practices to ensure quality support that promotes self-determination, social participation and empowerment of residents.
  • Designing and developing projects that promote recovery, social inclusion, access to citizenship and quality of life for the people supported.
  • Participating in the development, monitoring and evaluation of personalised projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Contributing to the admission and orientation process of residents by ensuring the match between identified needs and the services offered.
  • Ensuring coordination and development of collaborations with partners in the health, social, professional and community networks.
  • Supporting teams in managing complex situations and contributing to clinical and institutional reflection.
  • Managing and monitoring the budget of the socio-educational and activity sector as well as controlling the financial resources entrusted to residents in compliance with current procedures.
  • Participating in the development of institutional projects and the continuous improvement of service quality.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor of Arts HES‑SO in social work
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, in a dynamic of co-construction and professional complementarity.
  • Proven ability in developing group and/or individual activities
  • Driving licence essential
  • Advantage: knowledge of DIR software
