Your main responsibilities: - Single Point of Contact for technical issues at our customer - Inspection, maintenance, and operation of building technical devices and systems (control systems on-site for building users and responsible parties regarding building technical systems) - Monitoring and initial intervention in case of failures - Technical management of the development - Technical management and leadership of a small housekeeping team - Willingness to respond to call-outs - Troubleshooting, carrying out initial interventions, and performing fault analysis during and outside of business hours - Commissioning, coordinating, and accompanying internal service providers as well as third-party companies (in responsible tasks for maintenance, inspection, and repairs) Your profile: - Completed vocational training in technology or electrical engineering (EFZ) is required or completed training as a Dipl. Building Technician HF - Connection approval according to NIV 15 - Fire protection training or willingness to obtain it - Further training in technology is an advantage but not necessary - Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of building technical systems - Willingness for call-out duty - Good German language skills in spoken and written form - Good MS Office (MS 365) - Structured, accurate, and independent working method - High customer and service orientation as well as very good reputation - Driving license Ready for us?
