We look forward to your application!Your main responsibilities:Single point of contact for technical issues with our clientsInspection, maintenance, and operation of building technical devices and systems (local control systems for building users and those responsible for building technical systems)Monitoring and initial intervention in case of failuresTechnical leadership of the developmentTechnical management and leadership of a small cleaning teamWillingness to be on callResolving disturbances, performing initial interventions and fault analyses during and outside business hoursCommissioning, coordinating, and accompanying internal service providers as well as third-party companies (in tasks related to maintenance, inspection, and repairs)Your profile:Completed vocational training in technology or electrical engineering (EFZ) is necessary, or a completed training as a certified building technician HFConnection permit according to NIV 15SiBe - fire protection training or willingness to complete itFurther training in technology is an advantage but not necessarySeveral years of experience in the operation and maintenance of building technical systemsWillingness for on-call dutyGood German language skills, both written and spokenGood MS Office skills (MS 365)Structured, precise, and independent working styleHigh customer and service orientation as well as a very good reputationDriving license BReady for us?
