The CSCSP supports the cantons regarding the training and further education of personnel, offers educational opportunities to incarcerated persons, and, through its technical expertise, practice-oriented analyses, and networking work, contributes to the further development and professionalization of the Swiss field of detention and penal sanctions. Due to the retirement of the current head of personnel training in the field of deprivation of liberty, we are looking for, as of April 1st or by agreement, a:Head of Personnel Training in the Field of Deprivation of Liberty %Member of the Executive BoardYour tasks- Management of the personnel training area in the field of deprivation of liberty, including responsibility for developments and providing impetus for programs, training structures, and digital educational offers, in order to strengthen the field of the CSCSP by preparing it for the future and meeting the needs of practice- Establishment and maintenance of networks with educational institutions and partners; occasional cooperation with specialized institutions- Participation in politically relevant dialogues with the cantons, the federal government, specialized institutions, and stakeholders in order to coordinate training and development projects- Management of a team of specialists and promotion of a culture focused on performance, team spirit, and the future, in agreement with the other areas- Technical preparation of topics for the Board and representation of the area within specialized bodies- Participation in the overall development of the organization with the Executive BoardYour profile- University degree (Master's or equivalent) and post-Master's further education in the field of education or concerning comparable tasks- Several years of management and leadership experience in a demanding environment- Experience regarding questions of education, initial training systems, or the design of training programs for digital learning and experience regarding digital teaching formats- Knowledge of the Swiss detention system and its federalist structures, or willingness to familiarize oneself with them quickly- Experience in the public sector or in a para-public or political environment- Experience in stakeholder management and networking based on trust- Ability to reconcile different interests constructively and to design viable solutions- Absolute integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and a reflected understanding of management- Very good knowledge of French and German and, preferably, knowledge of ItalianWhat we offer- A responsible position corresponding to a management function of importance- Scope for action within the framework of a clearly defined mandate- An engaged team and professional structures- The possibility to actively shape digital education processes and structures and, consequently, to support the cantons in the further development of the Swiss field of detention and penal sanctionsTo discover our offers, please click here.ContactFor further information, please contact the current position holder or the Director of the CSCSP.Are you interested in this position?
