To learn more, follow this link.Your missions and your profileAs Head of the SASoc, you are responsible for the management and financial administration of this service, which brings together around forty people. You assume responsibility for the implementation of social policy and asylum policy at the cantonal level, as well as the coordination of family policy. You work closely with the State Councilor, Director of Health and Social Affairs, and advise them on your field of activity.We are looking for an engaged personality for this position who is perfectly aware of the current cantonal and federal issues prevailing in the field of social action and asylum. You have very good knowledge of the Fribourg network. You also possess the ability to grasp complex situations through your keen sense of analysis and your experience in social policies and social work or equivalent.Education/Experience:- University degree in social sciences or equivalent- Complementary training in management, complex project management, and/or public administration- Excellent knowledge of the social field- Extensive experience in a position of responsibility and confirmed skills in personnel management- Ability to unite teams and partners- Mastery of the French or German language with excellent knowledge of the other language jid26e2ba6aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
