The section Staff Development and the Personnel Service (central HR service) has as its main missions the initial and continuing professional development, the management of business analysis as well as supporting the budgetary procedure (management of positions). Organize, coordinate, and plan the activities of their section. Profile: Superior Master's level (University/Higher education) or complementary in human resources. Several years of experience in the activity areas of the section, particularly in staff development and/or personnel development. Autonomous personality, acting with diligence and efficiency, endowed with very good analytical and synthesis skills. Strong ability to unify a team and support change. Strong enthusiasm for the public sector, experience welcome. Mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language.
