Your Tasks

  • Management of the international and global MOS Sales team
  • Developing the sales strategy for expanding the business, and implementing strategic market development plans in collaboration with Business Development and Sales Managers
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets, turnover, and order intake
  • Business development and project acquisition, focusing on OEM volume applications and corresponding sales activities
  • Analysing the market environment and potential, with regard to new application trends and technologies, in collaboration with Product Management

 

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in sales management and sales of technology-intensive OEM components
  • Technical degree in engineering, process engineering, physics or related fields, as well as further training in business administration
  • Experience in optical component, and high-volume contract manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
