Confirmed experience in project management and management in an industrial sector (e.g.: special machinery, mechanics), proven managerial skills: leadership, listening, and team spirit. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making abilities. Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, ERP...) and associated methodologies. Leadership, proactivity, vision. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of project managers. You will be responsible, to the General Management, for the proper conduct of projects, client satisfaction, and the achievement of the company's objectives. Main responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and support project managers in managing their assignments. Define priorities, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. Participate in the definition of project development and their implementation. Ensure communication with various stakeholders: clients, suppliers, internal services. Monitor performance metrics and propose continuous improvement plans.
