City of FribourgDivision Head at 80%The City of Fribourg is advertising a position for:Division Head at 80%at the Department of Childhood, Schools and Social Cohesion, Extracurricular Care SectorYour missions- Ensure the management and supervision of financial activities and the extracurricular care sector- Manage financial and human resources (personnel, time tracking), in compliance with legal standards and objectives- Lead a small team, ensuring optimal resource management- Conduct development projects related to premises and infrastructure, as well as process improvement projects- Ensure the monitoring or development of tools necessary for the management and steering of the sector- Supervise the registration process for extracurricular care and the management of the centralized list of daycare centers, including tariff calculation- Ensure economic sustainability, transparency, and quality of services offered in collaboration with the sector headYour profile- Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences or university in management or equivalent- Complementary training in personnel management and/or project management- Experience in team management in a similar field- High sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, and action-oriented- Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and solve problems- Mastery of French or German and excellent knowledge of the other languageStart date: April 1st or by agreementSensitive to sustainable development, the City of Fribourg requests that applications be sent via the recruitment website by May 3rd.
