As Head of Network (m/f/d), you will take on an important role in the management tasks and will be a key guarantee for a successful leadership team in the network division.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Technical and hierarchical leadership of the network division with around ten employees at various locations in Switzerland (Bern, Sursee, Winterthur)- Responsibility for the operation, security, and further development of the fenaco network (Cisco/Fortinet)- Taking on the role of network service according to ITIL 4- Planning and conducting internal and external training together with internal stakeholders and external service providers- Ensuring a high standard of quality and continuous service improvementWHAT YOU BRING- Several years of experience in the network area, ideally with Cisco and Fortinet technologies- Leadership experience and high social competence- Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 and service management- Distinctive analytical and thinking skills- Enthusiasm for the development of teams and willingness to travel- Proficient in German and good English skillsWHO WE AREWe at Bison do not want to become your new family.
