You are a sales-strong leadership personality with experience in national sales or key account management and bring solid professional experience in the gastronomy sector. With entrepreneurial thinking, customer focus and leadership skills, you further develop markets and successfully implement impulses.
What you achieve
- You are responsible for achieving gross profit, margin, sales and customer targets and ensure the sustainable profitability of national sales
- You plan and control sales, volume, customer budgets, personnel resources as well as sales, promotions and campaign activities at national level
- You create and coordinate quantity, period and seasonal planning in close cooperation with purchasing, category management and major key accounts
- You lead the national sales team professionally and operationally according to clear objectives, defined leadership principles and a standardised leadership rhythm
- You develop and empower the sales organisation through targeted training, clear leadership and consistent action in case of deviations
- You are responsible for expanding the national market, strategically manage important key accounts and actively drive the acquisition of new customers as well as the development of existing customers
- You recognise customer needs and market potentials early and develop suitable services and solutions together with internal interfaces
- You continuously optimise sales processes, systems and working methods and ensure efficient, system-supported and potential-oriented sales
- Together with the regional sales managers, you ensure compliance with sales guidelines, price specifications, margin targets, assortment decisions and relevant key figures
- You work closely with purchasing, category management, Micarna and other affiliated companies to maximise value creation and ensure high data quality in the systems
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or further training
- Field: Degree as sales manager or business administration
- Professional experience: Several years of experience as sales manager in the gastronomy or food industry
- You bring several years of leadership and sales experience in a comparable role - preferably in national sales, key account management and in the gastronomy sector
- You think and act entrepreneurially, recognise market potentials early and know how to specifically control profit, margin and growth
- You are experienced in planning and controlling sales, budgets, campaigns, assortments and customer developments
- You convince with strong leadership and communication skills and know how to lead teams clearly, appreciatively and goal-oriented
- You have a good understanding of sales processes, key figures, systems and data-based decision-making foundations
- You work in a structured, networked and solution-oriented manner and move confidently in collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders
- You are a committed, assertive and customer-oriented personality who actively drives change and takes responsibility
