For one of our clients, a Geneva-based company, we are recruiting a:M&A Director / Head of M&AFor a permanent position with a 100% workload.DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONOur client, a leading technology company delivering mission-critical solutions at the heart of complex, high-intensity global ecosystems, is seeking its next M&A Director.Responsibilities1. Strategy & Pipeline- Build and maintain a qualified M&A pipeline aligned with strategic priorities- Proactively identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities2. Deal Execution- Lead the full M&A transaction lifecycle3. Governance & Discipline- Establish and enforce high standards for deal selection and decision-making (go / no-go)- Ensure financial discipline and value creation across transactions4. Stakeholder Management- Work closely with senior leadership and executive committee members- Prepare investment cases and decision-making materials5.
