Municipal Real Estate Management (GIM) is responsible for the management of the vast property portfolio of the City of Geneva, combining the operation of a traditional property management agency with the implementation of an ambitious social policy for 90% of the housing. It also administers numerous commercial premises, public establishments, community halls, parking lots, and surface rights. With 160 employees, the GIM offers a demanding professional environment with a high impact for the Geneva population. To strengthen its team, the GIM is looking for its future Head of the Legal Unit at 100%.Your mission and responsibilitiesIn this key role within the GIM, you will be the trusted partner of the Department Head and management for all matters relating to judicial and extra-judicial litigation of the service, by providing the necessary legal expertise, mainly in the field of tenancy law.
