What awaits you

• Lead and develop a team of lawyers based in Nyon and Adliswil
• Take responsibility for legal matters related to Non-Life claims settlement
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of claims management based on the Technical Excellence approach
• Manage complex claims files as well as judicial, mediation (Ombudsman) and extrajudicial procedures
• Advise and support Claims teams on complex legal issues
• Represent Generali before courts, authorities and professional associations

Your skills

• University degree in law and Swiss bar admission
• Proven experience in private insurance law, civil liability law and/or social insurance law
• Experience in team leadership or strong leadership potential
• Strategic thinking and ability to provide pragmatic, results-oriented solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between our Nyon and Adliswil offices
• Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written (C1-C2 level for both). Italian and English are an advantage.
