Head of Investor Finance has been active for over twenty years in wealth and institutional management. With a strong team of around thirty, it has established itself as a recognized player in Swiss real estate funds. Since then, Cronos Immo has experienced sustained growth to exceed one billion francs in assets and a portfolio of more than a hundred properties distributed across Switzerland. The launch, in September, of a second fund marks a new phase of development. In this context of expansion, we are looking for a Head of Investor (M/F). A role at the heart of the company’s development. Reporting to Management and participating in strategic discussions, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing financial partners and actively contributing to the development of the investor network in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. As a true ambassador of the funds, you will ensure regular communication with investors, participate in capital-raising events, and organize exchanges with the main market players. You will oversee all marketing and sales materials and actively participate in positioning and strengthening the company’s image. You will represent Cronos Finance at specialized events or conferences and embody this role with autonomy, credibility, and a sense of responsibility, in a logic of sustainability and continuity. Your profile: With a solid experience within a fund management company, a real estate structure, or a comparable financial environment, you have a strong knowledge of the Swiss real estate fund market and an excellent level of financial skills. Accustomed to presenting investment products to demanding stakeholders, you combine analytical rigor, commercial sense, and interpersonal ease. Structured, autonomous, and possessing strong interpersonal skills, you wish to commit to a growing entrepreneurial project and actively contribute to its long-term development. French-speaking, you operate with ease in a bilingual context.
