Head of Institutional (80% to 100%) Job Context: In this context, we are looking for a head of institutional matters, directly reporting to the Secretary General, to ensure liaison between this very specific clientele and internal specialists. In this role, you will maintain regular follow-up with political bodies and with managers in order to verify, maintain, and potentially expand services. You will also work closely with LaZur Energie, the SIL subsidiary, to ensure the transition from SIL’s gas service area to thermal solutions. Responsibilities: - Implement and formalize institutional relations - Identify the needs of partners and their expectations in order to adjust the services offered by SIL and ensure its profitability - Develop and manage the relationships with municipalities, suppliers, and energy distributors - Actively maintain the internal network to ensure follow-up on provided services and facilitate problem resolution - Report on activities and propose developments to a committee composed of the director and department heads - Coordinate the implementation of new projects and ensure their success - Represent SIL within various bodies. Profile: - Master’s degree in political science, public administration, electrical engineering, industrial technologies, or equivalent qualification - Complementary training in project management, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BtoB client relations and in a technical or industrial environment - Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of communication - Ability to develop a comprehensive vision and autonomy, excellent sense of priorities and perseverance - Sense of collaboration between entities - Good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, CRM, X - Clean criminal record.
