Responsibilities

• Direct
  and inspire a multidisciplinary innovation team focused on: advanced chemical
  processes, mechanical treatment of precious metals, digitalization of products
  and production systems
• Scan industry trends, emerging technologies and market
  shifts
• Project Sponsorship: act as executive sponsor for
  innovation implementation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and
  resource allocation.
• Actively engage with industry peers, customers, and
  thought leaders to foster collaboration
• Represent the reality at international conferences,
  delivering impactful talks and promoting the company’s innovation
• Operate effectively within a matrix organization,
  collaborating across departments and geographies to drive innovation outcomes

Profile

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or
  related scientific discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation, technology
  scouting, or similar roles
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Italian, German, and/or French is a strong
  advantage
• Proven
  track record in customer- or consumer-focused product development
• Experience
  working in organizations and agile environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a
  collaborative mindset
• Agile thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Supporting colleagues with technical expertise
