Develop a transverse dynamic serving business models, efficiency, competitiveness, and innovation. Ensure the governance of the digital portfolio and guarantee global coherence and promote a culture of sustainable and responsible innovation.Responsibilities:- Pilot the Unité &: budget, reporting, management.- Structure and animate the approach: pipeline, digital projects: governance, methods, quality, adoption, change.- Define the vision and the roadmap & in connection with Management.- Guarantee transverse coherence, maximize the value created, and challenge the status quo.Profile:- Higher education degree (HES/EPF/UNI) oriented towards management or IS/IT.- Proven experience in portfolio management (PMO) and transverse projects.- Experience in team management and change management.- Demonstrated competence in the development of innovation dynamics.- Knowledge of the industrial or energy sector is an asset.- Good skills in communication & change management.- Mastery of the French or German language with good oral and written knowledge of the other.We offer:We offer working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by strong corporate values.
