As a growing independent watchmaking house, we place excellence, elegance, and customer service at the heart of our Bienne-based company, and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a High-Precision Manager. Missions: Management and Production Workflow and Capacity Management: Assess workload/capacity and distribute daily tasks to ensure monthly deliveries. Pilot Pre-assembly: Oversee pre-assembly steps to streamline final assembly. Equipment: Define tooling needs, place orders, and organize the workspace to optimize ergonomics and efficiency. Reporting: Ensure rigorous monitoring of deliveries while maintaining the required level of excellence. Development, Quality, and R&D Interface: Collaborate closely with the prototyping watchmaker for the development of new products. Quality Control: Work alongside the Quality Manager to analyze non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Arbitration: Adapt the level of aesthetic and functional requirements in response to volume increases, without ever compromising the DNA of the House. Continuous Improvement: Be proactive in modernizing processes (assembly methods, specific tools, workflows). Management and Human Capital Recruitment & Growth: Identify talent, conduct interviews, and oversee new hires. Knowledge Transfer: Train teams on the specifics of our calibers and support watchmakers daily in their techniques at the workstation. Development: Enhance team skills to support increasing volumes.
