We are looking for a person responsible for finance and human resources for a traditional Swiss company in Wohlen.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for accurate management of financial accounting
  • Managing subsidiary ledgers
  • Managing asset accounting
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Drafting employment contracts and references
  • Recruitment
  • Handling employee entries and exits
  • Personnel administration
  • Managing payroll accounting including social security matters

Our Requirements

  • Further education at the level of the Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting and preferably in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable field including human resources and payroll accounting
  • Proactive person with a can-do attitude
  • Your working style is forward-looking, punctual and reliable
