Neuchâtel, Switzerland (and remote work) |What you can contribute- Assume overall responsibility and lead the dissemination and external relations division of the FSO- Assume responsibility for internal and external communication, including media relations, institutional communication, and crisis communication for the FSO- Carry the strategy in terms of communication and represent and position the FSO and Switzerland within high-level bodies- Endorse responsibility for the management of publications as well as all publishing and dissemination activities of the FSO- Assume responsibility for the management of themes, issues, and stakeholders of the office- Contribute to defining and ensuring the development of the FSO as a member of the executive boardWhat makes you unique- University degree in communication and media sciences, in journalism, in political science, or equivalent title- Several years of experience in leadership positions in the fields of communication, public relations, and complex multi-stakeholder management- Proven expertise in strategic communication and public relations as well as skills in multilingual communication, proven sense of innovation in the field of digital formats and channels- Active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third, excellent knowledge of English (at least C1)In a few wordsAs head of the external relations division, you will assume responsibility for the visibility and positioning of the FSO – with the general public, within networks, and on the international stage. You will shape the image of the office externally, ensure its influence within important bodies, and, as a member of the executive board, actively contribute to shaping its future.
