The Hospital of Lavaux is a private institution recognized for public interest, a member of the Vaud Hospitals network. We are looking for our Head of Nursing Services, a member of the management board and a key player, responsible for ensuring the quality of care, the stability of the teams, and the development of nursing services at the heart of an ambitious institutional project dedicated to caregivers and patient responsibilities.Leadership and governance of care:- Carry the vision of care and deploy the institutional approach by integrating and developing skills.- Pilot all care activities with rigor, efficiency, and quality, in close collaboration with medical staff and support functions.- Identify opportunities for evolution, improving the efficiency of care pathways, and supporting growth and quality through leadership that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, team engagement, and clinical excellence, referring to the Swiss nurse leadership model to implement standards and achieve Excellence®.Management and financial oversight:- Ensure the management and budgeting of the nursing care scope (medical-therapeutic activities), ensuring efficiency, safety, and resource control.- Actively contribute to the implementation and realization of the establishment project.- Coordinate and support the development of the new hospital with the teams, ensuring consistency and adherence of professionals and developing internal competencies, organizing succession, and guaranteeing continuity of activity.- Simplify processes and create conditions that allow teams to dedicate themselves fully to care.Performance, quality, and data:- Ensure a compliant, structured, and safe clinic, supporting the quality, continuity of patient pathways, and risk management.- Manage the patient records and transform activity data into management levers fostering a culture of continuous responsibility and professional learning based on co-construction and lived experience.- Strengthen regional ties and actively contribute to the visibility and maintenance of a professional commitment that is encouraged, in a perspective of network development, political-professional monitoring, and continuous watch over industry changes.We offer:At the dawn of the opening of our new hospital in spring, we invite you to join a project: to help bring to life a completely rethought working tool, where the “human experience” for both staff and patients is at the heart of priorities, where the well-being of teams serves as a lever for performance, and where sound financial management sustainably supports our development.Qualifications and experience:- Holder of a Master of Science in Nursing (MScSI) with confirmed clinical expertise in long-term care, with significant professional experience in positions of responsibility or transversal management is highly desired and may constitute an asset.- Strong understanding of clinical processes and care pathways with the ability to analyze and optimize care flows.- Capacity to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate health service measures at a high level and within applicable professional benchmarks, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards.- Experience in project management, notably in piloting or deploying/developing activities (e.g., in supporting major transitions and site openings, structural evolution), and experience with new technologies (artificial intelligence, predictive analysis, foresight).- A strong commitment to service-oriented work, and ability to unite and inspire teams in complex and evolving contexts. jidf2c1f4eaen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
