HYDRO Development & Sales Unit (80–100%)HYDRO SA is a leading service provider active primarily in the maintenance of electricity production facilities. Under one roof, we bring together all the specific skills of our profession, from maintenance personnel to engineering. We operate a fleet of facilities comprising more than 40 hydroelectric power plants with an installed capacity of approximately 22% of the Swiss hydroelectric fleet (25% with pumping). Together, these facilities produce nearly 16% of Swiss hydroelectric energy. Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer high value-added solutions meeting the varied needs of our clients, as well as the most demanding quality standards. We are mainly active in Switzerland and intervene occasionally abroad.Head of Development & Sales Unit (%)Workplace: SionYour mission:You are responsible for managing and developing the Development & Sales unit of HYDRO. In this capacity, you structure and develop a portfolio of products and services in the company's technical fields, by integrating a product logic. You actively contribute to the growth ambition of the business in the medium term, by coordinating sales and support activities.Your responsibilities:- Manage and develop the unit composed of specialized sales staff and back-office.- Define and execute the commercial strategy in coordination with Management.- Define, structure, and evolve the portfolio of products and services in connection with HYDRO's expertise (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering and geodesy, overhaul).- Implement a product management approach and ensure the monitoring of economic performance (KPI), and establish the company's business plan.- Carry out sector benchmarks and support the business lines in the development of specific business plans.- Contribute to the positioning of the company in its key markets; develop sales activities and ensure the acquisition of new clients and markets.- Manage and support the sales team as well as support functions.- Optimize offer and contract processes, from opportunity identification to closing and after-sales service.Your skills:- Higher education (EPF/HES/university) in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering) or equivalent, ideally supplemented by training in management.- Confirmed experience (min. 5 years) in an industrial or technical services environment.- Experience in business development and/or product management, with proven P&L responsibility and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.- Strong client focus, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to structure a growing business.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- French or German with good knowledge of the other language; English is an asset.We offer:We offer working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by strong corporate values.
